By accessing or using the Oriney platform (oriney.dev) you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers of paid plans.

Oriney is a digital legal assistant for the real estate sector in Slovenia. The platform provides automated analysis of municipal spatial plans (Občinski prostorski načrt — OPN), data from the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia (GURS), and other publicly available spatial records. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • land-use designation analysis for individual parcels,
  • review of detailed spatial implementation conditions (PIP),
  • extraction of data from the land cadastre and real estate register,
  • generation of reports and summaries for professional use.

The results of analyses are informational in nature and do not constitute official legal opinions, notarial services, or geodetic surveys. Oriney assumes no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of data provided by the platform.

Access to certain features of the platform requires the creation of a user account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including your password and access credentials.

Oriney reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable any user account that violates these terms or engages in misuse of the platform, without prior notice.

Oriney offers paid subscription plans for business users (Professional, Team, Enterprise). Prices are displayed on the website and include VAT where legally required. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. By placing an order, you authorise the provider to process your payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time; upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds of amounts already paid are not available unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All software, text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, and other content on the Oriney platform are the property of Oriney, Rok Slemenik s.p., or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Without express written permission, copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or otherwise exploiting the content or source code of the platform is strictly prohibited. Data originating from public registries (OPN, GURS) remains in the public domain in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Oriney platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, including data sourced from OPN and GURS records.

In no event shall Oriney, Rok Slemenik s.p., its employees, partners, or subcontractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. The total liability of the company shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the preceding 12 months.

Oriney reserves the right to modify or supplement these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an on-platform notice at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court in Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of a written request for resolution.
