• Payment data: if you use paid features, payment processing is handled by our payment service provider. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving our service — analysing OPN zoning rules, land use designations, and building conditions for your parcels.
• Responding to your enquiries and providing customer support.
• Usage analytics to improve user experience and platform performance.
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms of service.

The legal bases for processing your data are: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in improving the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and your consent where required (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
